Erica Villanueva – Senior Property Coordinator
“In the past five years, I have seen enormous growth at TWS. I am proud to have been a part of that, especially in the initial stages of acquiring a retail store chain as our client. The time and dedication I’ve given to our team and the store managers has been well worth it; the number of stores that TWS maintains has increased from 30 to over 70. My team in the field is also a huge part of this accomplishment. My goal is to keep bringing more stores to TWS because I know we are the best team out there!”
What I like about my job: I like the fact that I can interact with people, yet still have my own responsibilities. Being able to talk with and support both clients and team members is something I really love to do. I also love the work environment at TWS; everyone is very helpful and a great team!
My biggest talent/strength is: I am both self-sufficient and a good team player.
My hobbies: I enjoy gardening succulents and fruit trees. I also like DIY crafting, decorating, and organizing spaces.
A fun fact about me: I’m into anything old or vintage. I love to wear and explore the 50s, 60s, and 70s fashion.
