Located in North Phoenix, this center is close to the new Wet’N’Wild Phoenix, a recently completed, $30 million water park. As the largest theme park in the state of Arizona, it brings heavy amounts of traffic to the area, much of which is served primarily by this shopping center. Household incomes in the area boast some of the highest in the valley, at an average of $82,345 per household within 3-miles of this center. These conditions make for a high-traffic, successful center requiring a top-level standard of maintenance.
