Disability Doesn’t Mean Inability

TWS Hires Employees from TMI’s Program

TWS Facility Services is proud to be partnering with TMI (Toward Maximum Independence), a non-profit organization dedicated to vocational training for adults with special needs.

For almost 35 years, TMI has helped people with developmental challenges and those who are deaf and hard of hearing learn job skills and build resumes. Their goal is to prepare these individuals for a paying job in the community. To start out, individuals volunteer for non-profit companies in order to learn job skills, with the ultimate goal of finding paid employment. TMI provides a job coach on the worksite, free to the participating employer.

TWS has just hired three individuals via TMI, and we would like to give them a warm welcome to our team! TWS welcomes Zachary Janda, Noah Lawrence and Kyle Watson to our team.

Meet Our New Team Members:
Kyle Watson – With prior experience working in warehouses, Kyle is looking forward to his new job as a Day Porter.
Zachary Janda – Zachary is very excited to begin working as a Day Porter for TWS.
Noah Lawrence – Noah also feels really good about his new job with TWS. He says he is “really happy!”.
