With more than 75 stores spread over 569,000 square feet, this Scottsdale, Arizona retail destination offers a wide array of shopping, dining, and services. Shopping includes Saks Off 5th, Nordstrom Rack, Cost Plus World Market, and Pier 1 Imports.
Also featured at the promenade is the Spire designed by Architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1957 for the Arizona State Capitol. Built in 2004 and assembled with approximately 1,700 individual pieces of steel, the Spire weighs more than 75,000 pounds. The Spire was recently retrofitted with streetfighter blue LED lighting and now uses 80% less electricity.
